Bankids

Terms of service

Last updated 17 August 2026

These terms cover your use of Bankids, at bank-kids.com and in the Bankids mobile app. By creating an account you agree to them.

Bankids is not a bank. It does not hold, transfer, or invest real money, it is not a payment service, and nothing in it is financial advice. It records numbers that you enter about money you keep yourself.

What Bankids does

Bankids keeps a ledger of pocket money for the children in your family. You record deposits and withdrawals, and you set optional rules — a deposit bonus, a withdrawal fee, and savings interest — which Bankids applies to the ledger automatically. Any money involved stays entirely between you and your child, in the real world.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. Children take part through a family group created by a parent, and only with that parent’s involvement. As the parent, you are responsible for the accounts of the children in your family, for what is recorded about them, and for who you invite into the group.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself, and keep the sign-in codes you show your children away from anyone else. Tell us promptly at support@bank-kids.com if you think someone else has reached your account. You can sign a child out of all their devices from inside the app at any time.

Acceptable use

Availability

Bankids is in active development and provided free of charge. It is offered as it is, with no promise of uninterrupted availability, and features may change or be withdrawn. Keep your own copy of anything you need to keep — the app can export every transaction as Excel, CSV, or PDF.

Ending it

You can stop using Bankids whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account and its records by writing to support@bank-kids.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that puts other users at risk.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Bankids is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost data, or for any decision made on the basis of what the app displays. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change, and significant changes will be sent to account holders by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv–Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
